Registration of the beneficial owners in the Slovak Business Register
By the entry into force of Act No. 52/2018 Coll. a new legal obligation will arise for all legal entities, natural persons - entrepreneurs as well as other associations, to register their beneficial owners in the Slovak Business Register.
