License for providing legal services and legal advices (attorney services) is issued according to the Act No. 586/2003 Coll. on Advocacy as amended, by registration in the list maintained by Slovak Bar Association with registered seat at Kolárska 4, 813 42 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, Europe. Fees
Steiniger Slovakia provides services for remuneration (fee). The amount and form of contract are agreed before provision of services in accordance with the Ministry of Justice Decree 655/2004 Coll. as amended.

Information for clients - Consumer (Dispute Resolution)
In the Slovak Republic, out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes (so-called alternative dispute resolution - ADR) between the lawyer and the consumer provides:
(a) on the one hand, the ADR bodies referred to in Article 3 (2) of Act no. 391/2015 Coll. on Alternative Dispute Resolution and on Amendments to Certain Acts; and
(b) legal entities entered in the list of ADR entities maintained by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.
2. Czech Republic
