1. Slovak Republic (Slovakia)
STEINIGER | law firm, s.r.o. is a law firm and limited liability company registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, section: Sro, insert no.: 80481/B, company ID (IČO): 47 238 135, with its registered office and offices at Ružinovská 42, 821 03 Bratislava, Slovak Republic ("Steiniger Slovakia"). Insurance
The law firm Steiniger Slovakia holds a valid professional liability insurance policy covering damages up to EUR 1,500,000. The amount of coverage may, however, be increased depending on the specific case and the client's requirements.
Licence
Steiniger Slovakia obtained its authorisation to provide legal services and legal advice (attorney services) in accordance with Act No. 586/2003 Coll. on the legal profession, as amended, and by subsequent registration in the relevant list maintained by the Slovak Bar Association, with its registered office at Kolárska 4, 813 42 Bratislava, Slovak Republic. Fees
The law firm Steiniger Slovakia provides services for a fee, the amount and form of which are agreed contractually before the provision of services begins, in accordance with Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic No. 655/2004 Coll. on the fees and compensation of attorneys for the provision of legal services.

Information for clients — consumers (dispute resolution)
In the Slovak Republic, out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (so-called alternative resolution of consumer disputes) between an attorney and a consumer is provided by:
(a) the alternative dispute resolution bodies listed in § 3 par. 2 of Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on the alternative resolution of consumer disputes and on amendments to certain acts; and
(b) legal entities registered in the list of entities of alternative dispute resolution maintained by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.
2. Czech Republic (Czechia)
STEINIGER | law firm, s.r.o. is a law firm and limited liability company registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague under identification number 060 96 476, with its registered office and offices at Národní 37, 110 00 Prague – Old Town, Czech Republic ("Steiniger Czechia"). The VAT ID and tax ID (DIČ) of Steiniger Czechia is: CZ06096476; you can verify the validity and correctness of the VAT ID here. Steiniger Czechia is currently not a VAT payer.

The law firm Steiniger Czechia provides services for a fee, the amount and form of which are agreed contractually before the provision of services begins, in accordance with Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic No. 177/1996 Coll. on the fees and compensation of attorneys for the provision of legal services (the attorney tariff).

Information for clients — consumers (dispute resolution)
Pursuant to § 14 of Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on consumer protection, as amended, the Czech Bar Association was, on 5 February 2016, designated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic to provide out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes in the area of disputes between an attorney and a consumer arising from contracts for the provision of legal services.
