Tomáš has launched his career in the Prague office of BBH law firm, an influential Czech law firm with international presence. Back in Slovakia, Tomáš worked 5 years in the Bratislava office of Allen & Overy, a prominent international law firm. Tomas was advising clients on major M&A transactions, real estate and corporate law and was representing clients in domestic and international litigations and arbitrations. In his practice, Tomáš was providing his legal services in relation to the project of completion of the units 3 and 4 of the Mochovce NPP, sale of the client’s majority stake in Slovenské elektrárne a.s. and acquisition of a Slovak cosmetics manufacturing plant by a global pharmaceuticals company. Tomas said goodbye to Steiniger at the beginning of the year 2018.
